The energy of the StepWatch is indicated by the Cooldown bar. When the Cooldown bar returns to zero, the Performance bar is fully charged

The energy of the StepWatch is indicated by the Cooldown bar and Performance Bar. When the Cooldown Bar returns to zero, the Performance bar is fully charged. Each NFT Watch displays a full performance bar that determines the maximum time or distance you can train and gain. If the Performance bar runs out, you will no longer be rewarded for additional continuing your training.

You must wait for the Perfomance bar is charged to run until the Performance bar is fully charged. Performance bar index and cooldown time are different for each NFT clock. You will receive a reward that corresponds to the each NFT's rarity of the Performance Bar.

Larger NFT values provide more performance and rewards. Evolving NFTs or using GEMs on those NFTs can increase or decrease both the Cool down functions and performance bars. If you want to keep earning by reducing cooldown times, you can use CD Ticket (you receive it when you open Secret Box) or use 200 SWP token to purchase CD tickets for shorten the cooldown time. You can only buy once a day for each NFT you have.
